This project is a conversion of a commercial property Change of use of warehouse and sales rooms in 15 wellness units as well as in staff rooms in the basement. All usable areas are in the basement. After the ramp has been closed, the visitor reaches the entrance with a porch. At the entrance there is a disabled parking space and barrier-free access to the wellness units. In front of the access areas to the 15 wellness units there are staff and office rooms, guest and staff toilets and the reception counter with storage kitchen. The guests, accompanied by a service employee, use a people turnstile to get to their booked wellness units with changing rooms.
Mental and physical well-being and health are the focus when using the facility. As important as regular medical examinations, treatments and preventive measures are, relaxation and recreation should also be important and accessible for everyone. The personal wellness unit (Personal WellZone) is booked online or on site and used for one to several hours alone or in pairs. There, users can enjoy their own sauna, whirlpool and relaxation area in a pleasant atmosphere. A selection of drinks and snacks can be booked. Each wellness unit is cleaned after or before each guest. The best possible hygiene should be guaranteed by documenting and monitoring the cleaning processes.
