Linked with famous resort complexes such as Anaya, Arcadia etc., it forms a high-end boutique coastal leisure resort zone. The area where the project is located is rich in geothermal and hot spring resources. The water quality is clear and limpid, which is rich in dozens of beneficial trace elements such as fluorine and metasilicate, It has the functions of beauty and health care. Relying on geographical advantages, "Yoo Town" integrates tourism, cultural creativity, night tour performances, local seafood dishes, study tour, thermal bath & health care, and fishery experience through cross-border integration. A holiday destination; providing a new and upgraded experience for family leisure vacations. The project passed the review of the Planning Committee in October 2016, and was listed as a key project in Hebei Province in 2017. It is expected to have a grand opening in May 2023!
HAI uses simple massing as the basic unit of planning, through the different arrangement and combination of module, so as to generate a variety of space fabric , as well as different perspectives and skylines. The idea that design creates value and serves operations is well realized through the balanced and collaborative relationship between designers and cilents. Yoo Town project pays great attention to the later operation, to provide the maximum flexibility of innovation space expand and the compatibility of "neutral" space; this makes the project of Yoo Town not fall into a certain directional style orientation, and it is also in line with the designer's firm design attitude from the beginning of the project.
